Fashion Fair Names New President

The cosmetics company has a new leader.

Fashion Fair Cosmetics, a Chicago-based cosmetics company and a unit of Johnson Publishing Co., has named Amy S. Hilliard as its new president, effective Feb. 24.

Hilliard will report to Johnson Publishing CEO Desiree Rogers and will be responsible for leading the cosmetics company’s operations, including marketing, sales, operations and retail partnerships.

Hilliard is replacing Clarisa Wilson, who left Fashion Fair last summer to take a job with a hair care company.

Prior to joining Fashion Fair, Hilliard was CEO, President and founder of the ComfortCake Company and the Hilliard Group.Hilliard also served in leadership roles at L’Oreal for the Soft Sheen Products division, Burrell Communications Group, the Pillsbury Co. and the Gillette Co.
